Autumn 2008
Dear Friends, Old and New,
This is a good time for us to reflect on the generosity and good will of citizens in our communities who are striving to make this a better world for us all.
Those of us who are passionate about the growth of our cultural facilities are thrilled by the generous donation of land by the owners of the Davies Farm Complex, which will be used as the rural destination site for the creation of an enhanced facility for the growing needs of the Rockland Center for the Arts.
Scientific research and endeavors by two, respected architect and builder teams, will be showcased at separate European flavored, “Green Communities”, where the creation of the homesteads will help curtail the diminishment of our natural resources. One complex is situated in the rural area of Warwick, New York and the other is being created in a historic area of Orangeburg, New York.
For those who would love the pleasure of a homestead that allows for equestrian family activities, we have two properties that might suit your needs.
One is a Feng Shui-inspired, gated family estate in Snedens Landing, set in a 3 acre woodland garden with adjoining pool, patios, horse barn and paddocks.
The other is located in Warwick, on a large 27 acre property with a luxury homestead surrounded by a solar panel, heated pool, terraces, a caretaker’s cottage, a six stall barn with an indoor arena, corrals and fenced paddocks.
We invite you to explore our new web site to view the many real estate offerings and cultural activities available in our Lower Hudson Valley communities. Please feel free to contact us by phone, fax or e-mail and a member of our team will create a personalized tour of the areas and communities that best suit your needs. We look forward to listening to your dreams and helping you achieve them!
Sincerely,
Molly Mason Samett
